Design and construction of stores in Maryland, DC, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida

 

EDC: Regional Construction Manager

Responsible for business development, bidding and contracting retail projects in the southeastern region.  Managing $5 million volume annually of retail and renovation in Virginia and North Carolina.  Clients included Blockbusters Video, Ltd, PetSmart and OfficeMax.

 

Goodman Seagar Hogan/Monroe Construction Management: Vice President & General Manager

Design/build and negotiated office and retail build-outs in Virginia and North Carolina.  Volume included over 1.5 million SF tenant office space build-outs and over 1 million SF of retail build-outs.

 

Lendorff Management: Project Cost and Schedule Manager

Renovation of Tyson's Corner Mall into two levels and the addition of the first eastern Nordstrom's.  Company's yearly volume was $168 million.
